One-day courses

Sydney area

One-day courses are for any student who has completed the 10-day course with S.N. Goenka and his assistant teachers. These short courses are a valuable way for old students to strengthen their practice. All old students are welcome to apply to attend these courses, including those where it has been some time since their last course.

The one-day courses in the Sydney area are held as follows:

  • Dhamma Bhumi on the first Sunday of the month
  • Ermington on the third Saturday of the month (Burmese/English)
  • Greenwich on the third Sunday of the month
  • Canley Vale on the last Sunday of the month (Khmer/English).

It is important that you register for the course to assist the course organisers – please apply online.
